Returns
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
Order Issues
If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive at all, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist.
